Project Information
Four schools from three countries started in November 2004 a Comenius School Development Project about Integral Personnel Policy (IPP). The basic idea is learning from each other. It enables schools and their teachers to build new active knowledge using the knowledge which already exists in their own organisation. The exchange of information is an essential part of the "learning from each other". The emphasises is on restricted networks, small-scale learning environments with sufficient interaction.
